School Experience:

I have recently completed a PGCE in science education at the Institute of Education. As such, I have the professional skills and pedagogical knowledge necessary to teach learners at all levels, including KS3, GCSE, AS аnd A-level. 

Prior to completing my PGCE, I tutored with the Brilliant Club, designing courses of study and delivering Key Stage 4 and 5 'university style' tutorials to small groups of students in low participation schools. I have also worked as a teaching assistant, tutoring students one-on-one both in and out of the classroom.

As a tutor I aim to work towards the tutees goals, agreeing on the approach that suits them best.

 

About Me:

A friendly science/maths tutor, specialising in physics. I studied Electronic & Electrical Engineering аt the University of Bristol, before studying for an MRes in Photonics at the University of Cambridge and undertaking research at University College London. At school I obtained 11 GCSEs (8 grade A*) аnd 3 A's at A level (Mаthematics, Physics, English Literature).
