                                                                                                        PAYMENT PROCEDURE / TERMS

-Parents must buy a tuition package at the point of registration on a monthly basis. Depending on the date of registration and subsequently the day of the first session of the student, sessions must be paid for on a 4-week ( monthly) cycle before  student can be duly registered for a class. Students are allowed a paid hourly session to try this out before buying a package.

-A student must use all the booked sessions for a particular 4-week (monthly) cycle as the sessions are non transferrable on to another cycle.

-If we are notified by 4pm of the previous day before a booked session, a registered student would be  allowed one session cancellation within a 4-week cycle. The cancelled session cannot be refunded but can be credited towards the next 4-week (monthly) cycle. This cancellation can only be allowed twice within a year.

Our small group tuition sessions  are for all children, regardless of their age, ability or background. We are happy to  to help those children who are underachieving in school and require some help to get up to speed, to assist children in getting better grades and to keep those at the top of the class where they are and yearning to always improve. We do this through a number of innovative techniques, old fashioned teaching methods and a love of what we do. We know we can make the difference as we have done with a lot of students in the past.

At such a young age the focus should be on encouragement, confidence building and having fun with learning. Our standard package believes in giving every child the same chance to succeed and we teach the basics well in an engaging atmosphere that will bring about a love of learning.

Tuition courses at our Manchester,Stockport and Oldham centres are always popular and many register their child a year in advance. Although it's not essential to do so, in order for us to place your child on a course on a particular day at a specific time, we recommend booking in advance.

Our classes followthe state school term timetable but we also offer lessons throughout the summer holidays and there are optional classes (revision and assessments) during Easter and May half-term breaks.
