Title: Executive Administrator

Job description:

 

 

(1) Attracting new students and tutors to the centre through innovative campaigns as this is a new centre

 

(2) Client management-liaising with new and existing clients about their child’s tuition and progress

 

(3) Business developing and marketing; thinking of and implementing new business development initiatives to increase number of students and profitability

 

(4) Teacher/Lecturer  recruitment; recruiting and training new tutors to run classes at the centre, managing team performance

 

(5) QAA acceptance for our professional and management courses

 

(6) Creating course structures, curriculum and handbooks for the professional and management courses

 

(7)  SFE funding for the college courses 

 

(8) Generating partnerships for the organisation   as a further education college 

 

(9) Campaigns to attract international students both locally and outside the UK

 

(10) Acting as a link between the organisation and accreditation organisations (e.g UKBA, ISI etc)

 

(11) Business expansion of the organisation into new areas 

 

(12) Organising conferences and conventions related to the educational field that would attract stakeholders in the educational sector.

 

(13)) Administration and organisation; keeping on top of sign ups, invoicing and payments.

 

(14) Provide some level of teaching in management and professional courses

 

(15) Sales; setting and working towards achieving appropriate sales target

 

 

You would be given freedom to implement your own ideas whilst being supported by a team at the office in Walkden (Manchester) . OptimalTutors  Centres are a hub of activity for parents, tutors and students alike. You will be at the centre of it all. Your role will be to leverage your understanding in deploying academic solutions to the pupils with the help of other tutors. There is not an expectation that you will know all the answers but with the help of the team you will.

  

Salary per annum: Attractive and negotiable based on experience and expertise. To be discussed at interview

 

Probation: 3 months from the start date

 

Hours of work:  45  hours weekly. Days and times of the day are subject to school calendar and student class arrangements

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Apprentice Administrator

 

 

We are looking to recruit an apprentice at our Stockport, Manchester and Oldham town centre offices. Apprentice must be ready to start their level 1 apprenticeship with a training organisation of our choice. We also happily welcome prospective applicants who have already enrolled onto a level 1 apprenticeship with any training provider as long as it is within the last one month.

 

This an opportunity to learn with highly skilled staffs members, great office environment and a vibrant working climate in order to develop yourself into a full scale business administrator.

 

At the completion of the apprentice programme, there are opportunities to build a career with our organisation as we have centres in different parts of Greater Manchester with new centres springing up on a regular basis.

(2) Day to day basic administrative duties

(3) Information management.
